Background

Thanks for stopping by! Over the past 6+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on the future of transportation at Lyft with a team of talented designers, engineers, researchers, and operations specialists. Prior to Lyft, I worked on a range of products in various fields including e-commerce, medical records, and behavioral health. In 2013, I received an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University’s School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering.

Design Philosophy

As designers, we have the privilege to solve problems and create a world that does not yet exist. We have a responsibility to design inclusively and to acknowledge our blindspots. We are well positioned to bring together diverse stakeholders and collaborate with users throughout our process to inform our work and to keep our assumptions in check.
